A public hearing has been scheduled tonight for the Council to consider an application for a Special Use Permit to demolish two buildings, and to construct a 7-story mixed use building and 121 parking spaces on 4 lots at 333 West Rosemary Street. Accompanying this application is a conditional use rezoning request. The Special Use Permit cannot be approved unless the rezoning request is approved.
