The attached staff memorandum includes background information on a Concept Plan proposal for a mixed-use development at 1250 Ephesus Church Road which is the current location of Colony Apartments. The proposed project is patterned on the Ephesus Church Fordham Small Area Plan, adopted by the Council in 2011. |
