Background:
To provide an update on the development of a priority based budget system. Our goal is staff and Council alignment on expectations for the for development of Priority Budgeting.
Specifically we will provide for discussion:
- Schedule of Milestones
- Draft Budget Action Areas for discussion
- Program Inventory
- Update on the alignment with Council Goals, 2020 Themes and Strategic Planning

Recommendations:
That the Council accept this report and endorse or offer suggestions for changes to the:
- Program Schedule
- Program Inventory (level of detail)
- Draft Budget Action Areas (general direction)
